October is here, bringing cooler weather, football, fall events, and plenty of reasons to get out and enjoy Northeast Florida. From Jacksonville to the Beaches and beyond, there’s always something happening this time of year. It’s a great month to explore local spots, support small businesses, and enjoy the community. As we head toward the end of the year, it’s also a good time to check in on your real estate goals, whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, investing, or simply keeping up with the market.

Halloween in Northeast Florida

Halloween is always a fun time around Jacksonville, with events happening throughout the city and Beaches. From neighborhood trick-or-treating and trunk-or-treats to haunted attractions, costume parties, and family-friendly festivals, there are plenty of ways to celebrate. Grab a costume, bring the kids, or just get out and enjoy some of the Halloween events happening around town.

Oktoberfest

Fall also brings Oktoberfest celebrations to Northeast Florida. Expect German food, beer, live music, traditional games, and plenty of festive atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a full Oktoberfest celebration or just want to enjoy some seasonal food and drinks with friends, there are several local events worth checking out throughout October.

Pumpkin Patches

Nothing says fall quite like a trip to a local pumpkin patch. Jacksonville and the surrounding areas offer plenty of options for picking out pumpkins, taking fall photos, enjoying hayrides, navigating corn mazes, and letting the kids play. It’s an easy way to spend a fall afternoon and enjoy some of the seasonal traditions we look forward to every year.
