3 dates, pitted and chopped
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
¼ cup dried cranberries

Maple Date Dressing
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 tsp water, *to thin the dressing
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 garlic clove
